Order Processing
- Items are made-to-order and typically take 2β7 business days to process.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays may take longer to begin processing.
Order Cancellations
- Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as production begins immediately.
- We are unable to cancel or modify orders for size, color, or change-of-mind requests once checkout is complete, even if it has not yet begun processing or shipping.
If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Weβll do our best to help, but because orders move quickly into production and our support team may not see messages right away, we canβt guarantee that any changes will be possible.

Shipment & Tracking
All Mindkin & Co. items are made-to-order, meaning each item is produced only after an order is placed.
- Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout. Once processing is complete, most orders arrive within 2β5 business days.
- We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $59.
- Some items may ship from different locations and may arrive in separate packages. We make every effort to ship items together whenever possible.
- In the event your order items are shipped separately, tracking information will be sent for each shipment within your order.
Please note: We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.
Lost Packages
If your order has not been delivered, follow these steps in order:
- Confirm the delivery address is correct.
- Check with your local post office, as packages are sometimes held for pickup.
- Report the lost package to us within 30 calendar days from the estimated delivery date.
To remain eligible for a replacement or refund, please contact Mindkin & Co. within one week after the above period ends. We will investigate the issue. If the issue is not due to an error on your part, we'll offer a free reprint or refund.
Returned Orders (Failed Delivery)
If an order is returned to our manufacturer due to a failed delivery (e.g., incorrect or incomplete address, inability to access the delivery location):
We may offer:
- A partial refund, or
- A replacement, if the case qualifies with our manufacturers.
If you would like the item shipped again after an address error, a new order must be placed at your own expense.
Tips to avoid failed deliveries:
- Ensure the shipping address is complete and accurate, including name, street, city, and zip code.
- Track your package and respond promptly if the courier attempts delivery.
- Report any issues within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Reporting a Delivery Issue
To request assistance with a lost package or failed delivery, you must:
- Check with your local post office, as packages are sometimes held for pickup.
- Report the lost package or failed delivery to us within 30 calendar days from the estimated delivery date you were given.
- Include your full name and order number when contacting us.
All requests are manually reviewed. If additional information is required, our team will contact you before a final decision is made.
