Orders & Checkout

Can I cancel or change my order?

Because orders go into production immediately after they're placed, we can’t cancel or change orders once checkout is complete.

If you notice an error immediately, feel free to contact us right away. We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t guarantee changes can be made. We recommend taking a moment to double-check your details before placing your order.

Why does my order have multiple shipments or tracking numbers?

Items may arrive in separate shipments based on production locations. You’ll receive tracking for each one, so you can keep an eye on every delivery.

How do I apply a discount code?

Enter your code at checkout and hit "Apply". If the code is still valid, the discount will be reflected on screen once applied. Only one code can be used per order unless otherwise noted.

Shipping

Do you ship outside the United States?

Currently we only ship to addresses within the United States. While we don’t have plans to expand shipping to other regions right now, we appreciate your understanding!

How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout. Most orders arrive within 5–10 days of ordering, though some items may ship separately depending on production locations.

Why did my order arrive in multiple shipments?

Some items may ship from different locations. Don’t worry! Tracking info will be sent for each shipment.

What if my package is lost?

Before contacting us, please check your tracking info and local carrier first. Packages may be held if delivery fails, the address is incomplete, or access isn’t available. If your package can’t be located, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we’ll help review a solution. See our Order & Shipping policy for more details.

Refunds & Exchanges

What's your 30-Day Quality Guarantee?

We'll refund or replace your misprinted, damaged, or defective items free of charge if you contact us within 30 days of delivery. See Refunds & Exchanges to learn about covered cases.

Can I return or exchange my order?

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for size changes, color swaps, or change-of-heart orders. Each piece is made just for you! However, we are here to help you if there's an issue with one of our products. Contact us.

To keep things eco-friendly, please enjoy your item as is, or give it a new life by donating, upcycling, or repurposing it. Show us your upcycled creations on IG:Β @MindkinOfficial. We might just share them!

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Don’t worry! Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. We’ll review your request and offer a free replacement or refund if it’s due to a printing or manufacturing error. See Refunds & Exchanges.

Do I need to return the damaged item?

Nope! Customers are not required to return items. If you send a product back to us or one of the manufacturers/warehouses, we cannot guarantee that it will be accepted.

We encourage customers to donate, upcycle, or repurpose items that are not eligible for refund or free replacement.

Products

Are your products made-to-order?

Yes! Each item is created or printed after you place your order, making it unique and helping reduce overproduction.

Can I customize my order?

Every design comes straight from our talented artist’s imagination. While they’re pre-made, your suggestions and creative ideas are always welcome!

Do the colors or designs vary?

Since each piece is made-to-order, slight variations in color, pattern, or texture may appear. These quirks make your item truly one-of-a-kind! However, if you think your item truly has an error, see our Refunds & Exchanges policy for information on what to do.

Are your products safe and non-toxic?

Yes! Our t-shirts and hoodies are made using ethically grown and harvested US cotton, and are dyed with OEKO-TEX-certified dyes with low environmental impact.

All other items are also made with safe inks, materials, and adhesives suitable for everyday use.

Will my sticker peel or fade?

Our kiss-cut vinyl stickers feature permanent acrylic adhesive and a scratch-resistant glossy finish. While they aren’t waterproof, they stick smoothly to surfaces like laptops, journals, and phone cases.

We recommend for adult use or supervised use because of the permanent adhesive.

What size apparel do you offer?

We typically carry sizes XS through 5XL! Please check our size charts on each product page to find your perfect fit and ensure the best wearable art experience.
