Cancellations and Final Sale

All orders are made-to-order, and production begins immediately once an order is placed. For this reason:

  • Orders cannot be canceled after placement.
  • We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for size, color, or change-of-mind requests.

30-Day Quality Guarantee - Covered Cases

Mindkin & Co., LLC will provide a refund or replacement under the following circumstances, provided that the request is submitted within 30 days of delivery and includes the required documentation:

  1. Damaged Items Upon Delivery – Physical damage that occurred during production or shipping.
  2. Incorrect Items Sent – A different product design or product type than what was ordered.
  3. Printing Issues – Significant print defects not caused by consumer misuse, including missing print, severe blurring, or misregistration.
  4. Manufacturing Errors – Faults introduced during production that materially affect the use or appearance of the product.

Please note: Certain characteristics are inherent to the printing and production process and are not considered defects. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • A faint odor on new garments
  • Visible pre-treatment residue (more common on light-colored items)
  • Slight variances in embroidery texture

These expected traits do not qualify for a refund or replacement.

No Returns Required or Accepted

Customers are not required to return items. This approach simplifies the replacement or refund process and reduces environmental impact. For items not eligible for refund or replacement, we encourage customers to donate, upcycle, or repurpose them.

Please note that if a product is sent back to us or our warehouse without prior approval, we cannot guarantee acceptance.

Submitting a Request

To request a refund or replacement for a covered issue, please:

  1. Contact our team within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include clear photos of the item showing the issue:
    • Photos must be on a flat surface with minimal background distractions.
    • Maximum file size: 15MB per photo.
    • Acceptable file types: JPEG or PNG.
  3. Include a clear description of the issue, e.g., “wrong design,” “poor image quality,” or “damage at bottom corner.”

All requests are manually reviewed. If additional information is required, our team will contact you before a final decision is made.
