Order Processing
Please allow a total of 4–12 business days for delivery of your order. This timeframe includes 2–7 business days for production and 2–5 business days for shipping.
Kindly note that orders placed on weekends or holidays may require additional time to begin processing. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to prepare and deliver your items as efficiently as possible.
Shipping & Tracking
All Mindkin & Co. items are produced through print-on-demand, ensuring that each piece is unique and helping to reduce overproduction and waste.
- Some items may ship from different locations and may arrive in separate packages. We make every effort to ship items together whenever possible.
- Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout, with most orders delivered within 5 to 10 business days.
- If items are shipped separately, tracking information will be provided for each shipment.
- Currently, we ship only to addresses within the United States.
Lost Packages
If your order has not been delivered, please follow these steps:
- Confirm that your delivery address is correct.
- Check with your local post office, as packages are sometimes held for pickup.
- Report the lost package to us within 30 calendar days from the estimated delivery date.
To remain eligible for a replacement or refund, contact Mindkin & Co. within one week after the above period ends. We will investigate the issue and, if the delay or loss was not due to an error on your part, a free reprint or refund will be offered.
Returned Orders (Failed Delivery)
If an order is returned to our manufacturer due to a failed delivery (e.g., incorrect or incomplete address, inability to access the delivery location):
- We may offer a partial refund or a replacement, if the case qualifies with our manufacturers.
- To have an item shipped again after an address error, a new order must be placed at your expense.
Tips to avoid failed deliveries:
- Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including name, street, city, and zip code.
- Track your package and respond promptly if the courier attempts delivery.
- Report any issues within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Reporting a Delivery Issue
To request assistance with a lost or failed delivery:
- Check with your local post office, as packages are sometimes held for pickup.
- Report the lost package or failed delivery to us within 30 calendar days from the estimated delivery date.
- Include your full name and order number when contacting us.
All requests are manually reviewed, and our team will reach out if additional information is required before a final decision is made.
