Order Cancellations
- All orders are final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded once placed, as production begins immediately after checkout.
- We are unable to cancel or modify orders for size, color, or change-of-mind requests once checkout is completed, even if it has not yet begun processing or shipping.
If you notice an error with your order after checkout, please contact us immediately. Weβll do our best to help, but we canβt guarantee that changes can be made once the order has been submitted.

Refunds or Replacements
30-Day Quality Guarantee
We'll refund or replace your misprinted, damaged, or defective items for FREE if you contact us within 30-days of delivery and your item qualifies under Covered Cases. See details below to understand what this means.
Covered Cases
Mindkin & Co. will provide a free refund or replacement for the following situations, provided that the request is submitted within 30 days of delivery and meets the documentation requirements listed below:
- Damaged items upon delivery - physical damage to the product that occurred during production or shipping.
- Wrong items sent - a different product design or product type than what was ordered.
- Printing issues - egregious print defects not caused by consumer misuse, such as missing print, severe blurring, or significant misregistration.
- Manufacturing errors - faults introduced during production that materially affect the use or appearance of the product.
Excluded Cases
Because every item is made-to-order, we do not accept refunds or exchanges for size, color, or change-of-mind requests.
Note: Some characteristics are inherent to the printing process and are not considered defects. These may include, but are not limited to:
- A faint odor on new garments
- Visible pre-treatment residue (more common on light-colored items)
- Slight variances in embroidery texture
These expected traits do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
No Returns Necessary
Customers are not required to return the item. This simplifies the replacement or refund process and helps reduce environmental impact.
We encourage customers to donate, upcycle, or repurpose items that are not eligible for refund or free replacement.
If you send a product back to us or the warehouse(s), we cannot guarantee that it will be accepted.
Submitting a Request
To request a refund or replacement for a covered issue, you must:
- Contact our team within 30 days of delivery.
- Include clear photos of the item, following these requirements:
- Photos must clearly show the issue, placed on a flat surface with minimal background distractions.
- Maximum file size: 15MB per photo.
- Acceptable file types: JPEG or PNG. - Include a clear description of the issue, for example: βwrong design,β βpoor image quality,β or βdamage at bottom corner.β
All requests are manually reviewed. If additional information is required, our team will contact you before a final decision is made.
